The number of matched addresses depends on verified buyer density near your venue. Try increasing the radius to reach a wider area. Events in rural areas may have fewer matches.
Returned mail
A small percentage of mail may be returned despite address verification. Common reasons include recent moves, vacant properties, or forwarding expirations. You are not charged for returned pieces.
Design not loading
AI-generated designs require at least one event image uploaded to your listing. Add an event image and the design will regenerate automatically.
