Bandsintown
The largest concert discovery platform. Fans “track” you to get notified of new dates. Your events appear in search, artist pages, and fan notifications.
Songkick

Troubleshooting
Event not showing on Songkick
Make sure you've connected your Songkick artist account under Settings → Integrations. Unlike Bandsintown and Google, Songkick requires an artist account connection before events can sync.
Facebook event not created
Verify your Facebook Page is connected under Settings → Integrations. You must be an admin of the Page. If the connection expired, re-authorize and try again.
Google not showing my event
Google indexes structured event data on its own schedule. After toggling on, it may take a few days for your event to appear in search results. Ensure your event has a complete description, venue, and date.
Changes not syncing
Updates typically sync within minutes. If a platform shows stale data, check the “Last Synced” timestamp in your event's syndication panel. You can trigger a manual re-sync from the same panel.
