My events aren't showing
Events sync automatically when you create them on BrightStar. Make sure you’re logged into the same account and the event is published.
My username is taken
Try variations like your full name, adding your location, or your stage name. Once claimed, usernames can't be changed, so choose wisely.
Music player isn't working
Make sure your Spotify or Apple Music link is a valid album or playlist URL. We can’t embed individual tracks from free accounts.
Can't change my theme
Theme options are in Settings > Appearance. Changes save automatically and are live immediately. Try refreshing if changes don't appear.
