Troubleshooting
Changes not saving
The page builder auto-saves every few seconds. If changes aren't appearing, check your internet connection and refresh the page. Changes are stored locally until they sync.
Images not loading
Images must be JPG, PNG, or WebP format under 10MB. If an image won't upload, try compressing it first. Our system automatically optimizes images for web.
Custom domain not working
DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate. Verify your CNAME record points to the correct address. SSL certificates are issued automatically after DNS verification.
Page not appearing in Google
New pages typically appear in Google within 1–7 days. You can speed this up by sharing your page on social media or submitting the URL to Google Search Console.
