Troubleshooting
AI giving wrong answers
Check your FAQs for accuracy. The AI can only be as accurate as the information you provide. Update any outdated FAQs and add more detail where needed.
AI can't answer a common question
Add it to your FAQs! Check your conversation logs to find questions the AI couldn't answer, then add those Q&As to your event.
Chat button not appearing
Make sure you have at least 3 FAQs added to your event. The assistant activates once you have enough content for it to be helpful.
Attendees still emailing me
Some people prefer email. The AI handles the volume; you handle the exceptions. Check if those emails are questions already in your FAQs — if so, the attendee may not have seen the chat.
