Go to the Artist & Teacher Profiles page and search for your name. If you've taught at events on our platform, you'll likely find your profile.

We verify through your social media, website, or confirmation from organizers who've worked with you. Most verifications complete within 24-48 hours.

Troubleshooting
I can't find my profile
If you're not in our system, you may not have taught at events using BrightStar yet. Create a new profile by signing up, and it will grow as you get booked.
Verification is taking too long
Most verifications complete within 24-48 hours. If it's been longer, check that your social media links are correct, or contact support.
There's a duplicate profile
Sometimes profiles are created with slight name variations. Contact support and we'll merge them into one verified profile.
My events aren't showing
Events appear on your profile when organizers add you as a featured artist. If you're teaching but not listed, ask the organizer to add you to the event.
